Hello , You could be seeing this page for many reasons:
- If you were logged in and got kicked off, it is likely that someone signed in using the same email address. We do not allow account sharing. To prevent lapses in the future please subscribe to one of our memberships or let your friend know they will need to subscribe.
- If you recently updated your billing information and are seeing this page please email email@example.com to have your account reset!
- If you were not in the middle of a session and are seeing this page upon logging in, your account is not active. To activate your account please subscribe to one of our memberships or resume your account to access the smart templates/tools you need.
“Resume” by logging in and:
- Selecting the Account button below
- Select Subscriptions from the top menu
- Select Resume on the right of your subscription detail
Voila! Now you can get back to business!
